Speed Reading and Memory Coach
Callous your mind with pushing the body, reading a book, quitting drugs. Being hardened and thickened. That's what it takes.
Shout out to my friend Brett here. He's been called "intense." We both have. Intense because we live the way you're supposed to.
Why Weak People Label You Intense
Weak people will only call you intense when they prefer escapism in life, instead of burning the boats, being fully present and fully alive.
Weak people will call you intense when you're doing what they know they need to do to reach their dreams.
They want you to stop because that reminder brings them pain. You are the painful reminder of their potential.
Escapism Takes These Four Forms
- Procrastination
- Negative emotions
- Victim mentality
- Drugs
The weak spirit requires the above. The strong are present.
What Old People in Retirement Homes Understand
According to psychology studies mentioned in the book "Presuasion" by Robert B. Cialdini, old people in retirement homes should be the most miserable. They are surrounded by death.
Yet when asked how they deal with it, they respond "we don't have time for the negative."
No time allocated for petty negative wallowing.
Facing Rejection and Shame Every Day
Weak people avoid the full nature of reality. They avoid feeling rejection. I feel it and overcome it every day. They avoid shame. I post my face online and post anyway.
Read this part slowly. It comes from "Letting Go" by David R Hawkins.
All fear in life is just fear of feeling those emotions. You don't fear rejection. You fear the feeling of those emotions.
Business Accelerates the Experience of Emotions
People would ridicule me to my face for being a "speed reading & memory" coach.
I didn't care. My opinion matters more than them.
Those who do not love themselves and avoid the work to love themselves will fail in life.
When I Hated Myself I Read Positive Books
When I hated myself, I required myself to read positive books to simulate the positive thoughts of others because my own thoughts did not serve me. There's a reason why a $15 book investment beats everything else. It wasn't about the information. It was about replacing my own thinking with something that actually worked.
This is what the books that kill procrastination do. They don't just tell you to take action. They rewire the patterns that keep you stuck in the first place.
Your Intensity Is Their Painful Reminder
When someone calls you intense, they're not describing you. They're describing their own discomfort with what you represent. You are living proof of what they know they could do but won't.
The weak spirit requires escapism, procrastination, and victim mentality. The strong spirit is present. The strong spirit faces rejection and shame daily. The strong spirit reads books that challenge their thinking instead of confirming their excuses.
Stop letting weak people's discomfort become your limitation.
